OCRY.site ("Service", "Platform") is a community-powered ranking platform where users can make payments to support creators, influencers, and content producers, thereby increasing their position on the public leaderboard. OCRY.site is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Uzbekistan.
All payments made on the Platform are for digital advertising placement services. By making a payment, you are purchasing a digital promotional service — the increased visibility and ranking position of a creator. There are no prizes, winnings, or monetary rewards distributed to users.
All sales are final. Digital advertising placements are non-refundable once published. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that the service has been rendered immediately upon the ranking update, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
You may not use the Service to: engage in fraud or chargebacks for services rendered; manipulate rankings through automated scripts or bots; submit false payment information; violate any applicable laws.
OCRY.site does not endorse any creator listed on the Platform. Creator profiles are submitted by users and moderated before publication. We reserve the right to remove any profile at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
