Digital advertising placements and ranking boosts on OCRY.site are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed and the ranking has been updated. The service is considered fully rendered at the moment the creator's position changes on the leaderboard.
This policy exists because the service is delivered instantly and digitally, and cannot be "returned" once the ranking update has been published publicly.
In the rare case of a technical error where payment was confirmed but no ranking update occurred, please contact us at hi@ocry.site within 48 hours with your transaction ID. We will investigate and either correct the ranking or issue a manual refund.
Chargebacks and disputes initiated without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
